I have tried calling and emailing this company multiple times. I took a survey to receive $2 worth of magazines for a year.

Now, I'm being charged a year later and can't discontinue the subscription even when I didn't sign up for auto-renewal. I'm pissed. The phone is just prompts over and over why can't I get a hold of any one and why aren't my emails getting responses. This is horrible customer service and scam.

I just want to stop being charged for a product I am not receiving and want to be completely removed from the system. Getting my money back for the products I didn't receive would be nice too.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
